Each image pairs an animal with emergency equipment, reframing them as responders rather than victims. Direct eye contact creates a connection that places the viewer inside that exchange.
The series was photographed in controlled studio conditions, using a restrained approach that allows the animals and tools to carry the idea without distraction.
The images were developed for use across fundraising, print and digital communications.
